When you think about trolls, Justin Timberlake usually doesn’t come to mind.
But 2016 may change all that.
Justin Timberlake, 34 announced on Instagram and Twitter that he will be starring in the new Trolls movie.
The movie is based on the fuzzy-haired dolls and is a new Dreamworks animated film.
The father-of-one is also the film’s Executive Music Director and will write original songs for the film.

In a statement to E! News, he revealed, “I have always envisioned bringing the two worlds of film and music together for one epic event [and I] couldn’t be more excited that they will collide in Dreamworks’ Trolls. This film is very special, the music is going to be very special and I can’t wait for everyone to experience it all.”
Timberlake will also be using his angelic voice of his to perform original songs he’s writing for the animated comedy!
The movie — which also stars Anna Kendrick — marks JT’s return to the big screen since welcoming son Silas with wife Jessica Biel in April.
We can’t wait to see it!
