Tony Parker chatting with friends at W.I.P. shortly before the fight broke out

Things may be getting a little hot for Drake.

San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker  who was injured in the club brawl between Chris Brown & Drake last week, is suing the now closed down W.I.P. nightclub for $20 million over a scratched retina injury that occured when glass shards got into his eye during the fight between the two music stars.

The suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday and contends that the W.i.P club in SoHo and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place.

Chris, his bodyguard, Karrueche and at least 2 other women were among the injured during the fight.  Tony Parker  who is good friends with Brown was hanging out in C.B.’s entourage the night of the fight.

According to Drake’s concert footage the fight started because Chris Brown elbowed him on the way to the bathroom.

Tony Parker got a divorce from Eva Longoria a few years ago.
