Some people are so quick to think drugs were the primary reason for Whitney’s early death, but when Dionne Warwick said she believe Whitney died of a Heart Attack, On Good Morning America, I decided to do some research….
It wasn’t a secret that Whitney has always been a thin girl. With age she seemed to add more weight on like all aging adults. Whitney’s weight didn’t seem to spread equally. She carried most of her weight in her mid-section. So much so that several rumors were speculated that Whitney was pregnant, because of her excessive abdominal fat.
Studies show that people who carry most of their weight in the mid sections have a higher risk of an early death, caused by heart disease and diabetes. When her aunt Dionne Warwick went on Good Morning America she quoted:
“You know, in all honesty, I think she had a heart attack, that’s what I think, happened to her,” Warwick said
Did Whitney have Heart disease that she wasn’t aware of? The toxicology test results won’t be in until March 23. Before then we won’t know any more details as to the cause of her death.
A survey was done to link belly fat with early death. Researchers followed about 360,000 Europeans enrolled in one of the largest, longest health studies in the world. They found that people with the most belly fat had about double the risk of dying prematurely as people with the least amount of belly fat. The Researcher quoted:
“Our study shows that accumulating excess fat around your middle can put your health at risk even if your weight is normal,” he says. “There aren’t many simple individual characteristics that can increase a person’s risk of premature death to this extent, independent of smoking and drinking.
Belly Research also shows
It has long been recognized that people who carry their excess weight around their middles — those who are apple-shaped instead of pear-shaped — have a higher risk for heart attacks and strokes.
During the follow-up period of the 360,000 Europeans, more then, 14,723 of the study participants died

Whitney May have had a heart attack.
No it was crack
A heart attack would have shown in the initial autopsy, that's why there was a toxicology test performed.
Crack can trigger a heart attack #crack attack

Cocaine overworks your heart
Hey, I'm not all about going "Joan Rivers" on the table, but as ya'll can see, Whitney was SKINNY and still had that "I'm 4-months-pregnant" stomach. Now, GRANTED I'm no string-bean and don't want to be, but WITH THAT BEING SAID, the gut comes along with the territory. I WANT to be a size 10 (I'm 5'8"), keep my curves and booty, but NO GUT.
are you kidding? So are people with belly fat going to start just dropping dead now? GTFOH … allow the toxicology report to give a cause of death
you are so right Nemi. I know ur right for a fact cuz I'm a pathology forensic intern and I have observed autopsies and things like stroke, heart attacks, etc are detected immediately. If the died from that they would have said it way before now.
