Fantasia Barrino was spotted in Barbados again with Antwuan Cook but this time sporting what appears to be a baby bump.
Late year in August just two week before her third album was to be released Fantasia attempted suicide over the Antuan situation by taking a bottle of sleeping pills. After the unsuccessful attempt her management team released a statement saying, she was left with emotional baggage after aborting Cook’s baby after learning that he was already married with three kids.
When pregnancy rumors began swirling earlier this, Barrino’s manager said the weight gain was due to her new role in the biopic about New Orleans gospel queen Mahalia Jackson.
I don’t know why Fantasia just doesn’t come out and tell everyone to go screw themselves cause she loves her some Antuan and she is not going to leave him alone. Fantasia isn’t the first celebrity woman to steal someone’s man. Alicia Keys stole Swiss Beats, Gabrielle stole Dwayne. But I know Autwuan’s wife has to be feeling confused. How do you get your man swapped from the T-Mobile store by a celebrity?? You would think he would be safe from vultures working there..
I never believed Fantasia didn’t know that he was married. Fantasia can afford a private detective. Often when I look at Fantasia the saying “You can take the hood out the ghetto but you can not take the ghetto out the hood”, comes to mind. Is this what love is all about? Not caring who gets hurt as long as you to are together? If so why try to kill yourself over it?

See this is what we “GOOD MEN” talk about when we say you do it to yourselves. Stop complaining there are no good men when you don’t blame the woman as well. When you give ladies a pass on getting with an obviously bad dude you are just as much at fault.
First of all…..No one can “TAKE” someone’s significant other. They either want to stay or go on their own. Secondly…..she is human and not some super hero that is capable of blocking her feelings and/or emotions. We all have had moments in our life where we have not made decisions that were appealing to others but guess what?! That decision was ours to own….no one else.

Shakeema, I am merely saying it’s BAD COMMENTARY. After so many Kissy posts about how men are not stepping up you have this story where it doesn’t seem like Kissy is condemning the obvious bad judgment a prominent Black woman is exhibiting. It’s downright hypocritical.

@Mo I agree… She’s human like the rest and no you can’t take someone’s man or woman for that matter… They will go if they want too. If they don’t want to be with you let them go and move on. Someone bettr will come along.don’t fault her for wanting to be with him. Now she’s carrying his child so they’re bonded together moreso.
I believe sleeping with a married man is horrible no matter who it is. The issue I have with the media's take on Fantasia's affair "now" relationship is this , Alicia Keys was haiving an affair with Swiss Beats on his wife and though there was some shade in the media not as much. Society was praising them commenting on how beautiful a couple they were etc……….. I can't but wonder is this biasness because of the society's view of the lighter tone vs darker tone. Because they both displayed unethical behavior and was out of order therefore should recieve equal amounts of scrutiny. "My two cents"
@Travis she can own up to it all day but what I believe what she’s trying to say is that when two ppl want to be together they will be together whether wrong or right. And nobody said she was right. But it’s her life and she chose to stay involved. Let her live and make her own mistakes and she’ll learn.

I don’t understand why Fantasia couldn’t find her own man, instead of cheating with someone else’s but that seems to be the theme of a lot of woman singers these days (AK). I don’t know why GOOD MEN would have anything to say about this. A good man should want a good woman and cheating with someone elses man is not something a good woman would do, so good women have the right to complain about there being very few good men. Now if someone like Fantasia complains thats a different story.

If someone REPRESENTS themselves as being single…..how is it that she was cheating with someone else’s man?! From reports it appears she found out that he wasn’t officially divorced until later. The estranged wife, from reports, was looking for a few bucks. If he would have been with someone less famous….would she still have sued? If he would have been with someone less famous…..would she even give a flip who he was with?
