Allison Mathis might want to throw up the white flag when it comes to her child support case against Chris Bosh.

After winning the championship for the Miami Heat along with other super star players Lebron James and Dwayne Wade,  Chris Bosh just filed as a resident of the state of Texas and claimed a $73,000 Dallas house as his current living quarters.  All just to avoid paying Allison Mathis more  child support.

At this point if you are not familiar with Bosh you would be right to assume that Bosh has to be a bench player.  But he’s not. This is a man who makes $17.5 Million playing basketball with the greats. The NBA Players net worth is $50 Million.

If Bosh was  declared as a resident of Florida,  his child support order would be calculated at 3% of his income (take home pay). That would be $30,000 a month!!! A huge increase.  Currently the custody case is being fought in the state of Texas where Allison resides.

To add more sugar to the already lemon filled lawsuit Bosh bought a 12.5 Million dollar mansion in Florida in 2010. He now lives there with his current wife Adrienne and their new son.

It’s obvious that Bosh hired a group of super lawyers. This style of legal maneuvering could only be done by legal masterminds.  One might think that Bosh is simply being cheap and unfair to his baby mama. But in truth Allison did this to herself. Time and time again over the years she has tried to keep Bosh’s daughter away from him.  She watched other baby mama’s net monthly super checks simply by having a baby with a baller and she thought she could do the same.

If you keep a child away from their other parent why should you also receive financial incentive..  Allison even tried filing for Food Stamps to bring sympathy to her plight.. Currently Bosh pays her $2,600 in monthly support, but Allison claims that isn’t nearly enough to cover her mortgage and the cost of living now that she doesn’t have a job.

Allison is simply being beat at her own game, here is how.

Back in 2010 Allison was receiving $4, 470 in child support and she got a $250,000 settlement from Bosh. Which explains how she turned around and bought a house with a mortgage she now claims that she can’t afford.

 The judge in another brief stated that the $4,470 would be lowered because of the hundreds of thousands he’s already given her and her attorneys. They also said he wouldn’t be responsible for her attorney fees going forward.

With that being said people can stop feeling sorry for Allison and claiming that Bosh is doing her wrong..  She truly tried to hold that mans child hostage and use the baby as a pawn to hit the lottery she hoped to hit.. She still did way better than the girl who had a baby by any given Pookie, but Chris isn’t going to be her lottery pick anymore. The woman is trifling and greedy. She wants to live like she’s Shaunie O’Neal. Simple as that.

A hearing has been scheduled for late August to help a judge determine Bosh’s residency.

Mathis’ attorney, Jane E. Carey said: “He’s fighting like a dog to remain a Texas resident. It is just not true that he lives in Texas. Even his son was born [in May] in Miami.”
