The Oscar golden girl Ms. Berry, has been going  through an intense custody battle with her baby’s father in recent months.

The personal issues between Halle Berry and her baby daddy, Gabriel  Aubry have spiraled out of hand. Last week a Judge, threw out the case brought on by Halle’s Nanny, Alliance Kamden  in which she claims that Gabriel attacked her while she had Nahla in her arms.  The Nanny has also made claims that Gabriel often screams at the child, and once even yanked Nahla from her arms.

Within the same week Halle went to a L.A Courthouse trying to get a restraining order against Aubry  preventing him  from having any contact with his own daughter. Halle wants Gabriel  to stay away from Nahla until a criminal child endangerment investigatioin has fully taken place. In response Gabriel filed a claim the same week to get the Nanny fired, because he is stating  that the nanny  is making the incidents up on Halle’s behalf in order to keep him away from his daughter.

Now, with all this fighting going on betwixt Halle and Aubry, the judge feels that it has taken a toll on  little Nahala.  The L.A. county department of Children and Family services is now requiring  that the three year old get counseling.

In the meantime while Halle is trying to keep  Nahla’s  father away from her, she’s allowing  her new man  Oliver Martinez take Gabriel’s  place in Nahla’s life.

Over the weekend Nahla and Oliver were seen getting very close. In recent months, Oliver has been seen in the public being  more affectionate towards Nahla, then her father. I understand  that Halle and the Gabriel  may be going through their own thing, but to try and make a new man take the father’s place is just plain wrong.  Nahla is still at the age where she is confused about the people in her life. I hope Halle and Gabriel will get themselves together, and become more responsible parents for the sake of that young child.
