When Kanye West debuted at Paris Fashion week last October, the world wondered what the rapper-turned-designer would show. What he showed was less than stellar and the reviews were horrible.
One aspect of his collection editors, bloggers, and fashionistas alike loved were the shoes. And Now they can be yours. French Retailer Colette recently tweeted pics of their impending spring arrivals which included the Kanye West Collaboration with Guiseppe Zannotti.
The knit, pearl, tribal-eque Stilletto is definitely something Interesting to look at, but I feel bad for whoever’s feet will be walking in them. No Pain, No Beauty is the motto I guess.
I think they are extremely editorial and something that SHOENISTAS around the world are going to scoop up real quick. I just wonder if they are really worth $6,000.00. Sure, there’s a lot of craftsmanship that goes into producing such a shoe, but $6,000.00 worth??
I’m sure some Kardashian or “Housewife” will be spotted in them real soon.
