NAS Defends Use Of The ‘N’ Word “I would slap the s*** out of somebody for Gwyneth Paltrow”

Nas in the press room at the 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards at the Staples Center on February 10, 2008 in Los Angeles, California.

Perhaps Nas is on drugs or he has possibly forgotten his pro black lyrics that he once spit when he was at the top of his game..

Whatever the case may be Nas left his fans disappointed and utterly confused when he took up for Gwenth Paltrow publicly referencing “N*ggas In Paris” at last week’s Watch the Throne concert in France.

Now that Nas & Jay Z are kinda buddy buddy again Nas decided to publicly stand by Beyonce’s best friend.

– Nas told CBS Atlanta –

“I would slap the s*** out of somebody for Gwyneth Paltrow,” Nas told (Atlanta’s) CBS Local. “She’s the homie, she’s cool. Gwyneth gets a pass. Real people get a pass. We know what this s*** is. We don’t interrupt Italians when they say ‘Wop’ to each other. They gonna punch you in the mouth if you interrupt that. Don’t interrupt us. We pick and choose.

“Some might not feel the same way,” he said. “Some of us will get angrier about it than others; but some people get a pass. The people that I know who are cool and real n****s, Gwyneth Paltrow is a real n****, that’s my homie. That’s how I’m on it. Some people get a pass.”

Now everyone needs a list of guidelines that lays out what it means to be a “real n***a.”

Watch Nas comment on Gwen Paltrow’s use of the N-word:

In addition to calling him a “koon” and a sell out, fans online  are pretty much saying that they will NOT be buying Nas’ album when it comes out on July 17th..

Guess that’s one less Conscious rapper in the game..
