Mother Visits School And Finds Her Special Needs Daughter Locked In A Cage Sitting On A Soiled Diaper

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA –  In May parent,  Ledelldra Brooks made an unannounced visit to her 7-year-old child’s special education class at Viking Elementary School.  When she popped into the 1st grade classroom she was horrified by the way her child was being treated.

Her daughter was locked in a make-shift cage and sitting in a very soiled diaper and smelling unpleasant.

Brooks immediately took her daughter out of class after taking the above photo. She called the principal with her concerns and immediately alerted police.

Child abuse charges were pending, but have not been filed.

Brooks has now filed two complaint against the teacher and school administrators.  A lawsuit is pending.
