The ACLU says African-Americans in a Mississippi county are so afraid of a police checkpoint, that they are staying in their homes.

According to the ACLU, area law enforcement is terrorizing Blacks, even barging into their homes and assaulting them.

The ACLU, on behalf of 10 residents of Madison County, has filed a lawsuit in an attempt to stop the sheriff’s county from intentionally harassing Black residents.
