Lactose is a protein based sugar that is found in cow’s milk and can be the reason that you can fully change the way you want to indulge when you are wanting to make that change in your life. Lactose is something that can not be a part of a vegan’s life and can not be the reason that you need to keep eating ice cream because now there is a healthy alternative and that is the best thing you can give yourself. The fact that you can still have your beloved ice cream and still keep the pounds off is something that you should be thankful for in every way.
